What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept Cheques or Money Orders in Australian dollars made payable to:

Online orders purchased via Money Order or Cheque remain valid for 7 days and will be cancelled if payment is not received within this time.

 

All payments must be in Australian dollars. Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours after the money order has been received or when the cheque has been cleared.

 

Direct Deposit payments accepted and we require using your surname as the reference description.

Dandydog.com.au does not collect or store your credit card information.

Our Paypal integrated shopping cart means that dandydog.com.au does not have access to and never will have access to your credit card or banking details at any stage of the payment process.

Paypal is a secure site used by millions of users worldwide. They use the best, most up to date technology to ensure your details remain secure at all times.

Your credit card details are not visible to us at any time and your credit card number is encrypted.

Sorry, we do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).

What About Shipping?

 

 

We use Australia Post in almost all cases. They are the largest and most reputable freight company in Australia. Parcels generally take 5-7 working days.

Occasionally, we may choose to use a local reputable courier for Melbourne Metro areas.

Postage within Australia for coats, apparel, gifts and novelties is as follows:

Up to 3 Items  $5.00

Up to 6 Items  $7.50

Up to 10 Items $12.00

10+ Items $15.00

Registered post and express post is available by request, extra charges may apply.

 

 

AirMail

We use Australia Post for International shipping. Parcels are sent via airmail which takes approximately 7-21 working days for delivery.

 

Do You Sell Internationally?

Yes, we welcome international customers. 

We use Australia Post International Air Mail which takes approximately 7-21 days to arrive.

International orders may be subject to the custom fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient. 

We only accept Paypal as a form of payment from foreign countries.  You can use your credit cards through our secure Paypal link without being a Paypal member or having to sign up as a Paypal member.

Paypal members can of course also use funds from their bank account or Paypal account balance.

When you are ready to order, and have received your shipping quote, just let us know and we will send you a Paypal invoice with total payable to complete your transaction.

 

What About Your Refund & Exchange Policy?

Whilst we endeavour to provide excellent quality items free from faults, if there is an issue with your item, contact must be made within 3 days of delivery.

 

Manufacturers Fault

We offer a 30 day manufacturers warranty.  This covers a manufacturing fault of stitching, a defect with the structure or a fault in the material.  It does not cover normal wear and tear.

We do not exchange chewed, deliberately or accidentally damaged or excessively worn items.

Item must be returned to Dandy Dog within 14 days from delivery. Our preferred method of return is via Australia Post economy post

“Cash on delivery” or “Postage Due” items are never accepted by Dandy Dog.

If a manufacturers fault is proven, a new item will be sent to you free of charge.

 

Limited edition coats are subject to availability, so we may not be able to supply you with an exact pattern.  In the case that a limited item is found to be faulty and no replacement available, you can exchange it for any other goods of equal value or receive a refund.

 

Size Exchange

Although we provide information to help you choose the correct fit for your dog, we understand that mistakes can happen. We are happy to exchange sizes, however the postage costs to return the item and send a replacement is the buyers responsibility. We require the collection of the postal fee before shipping out the replacement item.

The goods must be returned to Dandy Dog within 10 days of their shipment

The product is in a suitable state to be resold and has not been used, i.e. no marks or hair.

The product is not damaged in transit.

 

 

Limited Edition Coats-The limited edition dog coats are subject to availability, so we may not be able to supply you with an identical pattern.  In this case, we will contact you with an alternative selection or you can exchange it with any other goods of equal value, minus postage costs.

 

 

 

Change of Mind

 

Should you change your mind on your product selection, we will exchange it with any other goods of equal value, minus the postage and handling costs, once the purchased item has been returned to Dandy Dog.  We will not accept any goods returned by COD.

Items must be returned within 10 days from shipment, arrive at Dandy Dog in new, resalable condition accompanied by a letter or email explaining why the item has been returned.

We do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind about the goods.

We do not exchange custom orders.

 

 

All freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. If you do need to return anything to us, we suggest you register your returning parcel as Dandy Dog will not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit. We will not accept any goods returned by C.O.D. delivery.

 

 

What Happens In the Event That an Order Cannot be Supplied?

 

We will contact you notifying you that a product is out of stock and provide an ETA for delivery. A suitable alternative of the same value may be offered or we will refund you using the same method payment was made.

 

Can I Cancel, Alter or Change An Order?

 

Orders can only be cancelled, changed or altered prior to dispatch. Regrettably, this does not apply to special orders.

 

Do You Wholesale?

 

Yes.  We design and manufacture our own coats.  We also wholesale the dog breed handcrafted jewellery. 

 

 

What Is Your Privacy Policy?

 


Dandydog will not sell, trade or rent your personal information including your address, e-mail, or accounting information to any other entity. We will not contact you, about issues other than an order placed, without your permission. We believe in privacy and we respect yours. We use the information you provide to process orders and to create a more personalized shopping experience.
